    Water park in the villa is fun for kids, there is a beach with 1-2 mins walking distance, with activities such as ATV (RM50/30minns)..
    The villa is under my expectation, especially the cleanness. The villa doesn't maintain well in overall, the floor, balcony, bedroom, toilet and the top floor roof garden is quite dirty. Standing fan is full with dust, sofa at the roof garden is dusty and dirty, we didn't used it at all! Though that place is a nice place to chit chat.

    We enjoy the stay!
    Seafront, swimming pool facilities & the villa space are perfect for big family gatherings. Host is responsive.
    Cleanness need to improve, Staines in the kitchen & equipments. Found many ants at the kitchen and living room area. Its time to service your aircon. Not feeling chill for all area and rooms, even we set to 16 c and max fan.

    house was clean. nice seaview. huge house can occupy big family. pillow n mattress very comfy. beach also very clean. will repeat next time? YES!
