    Lovely modern hotel....would recommend
    Lovely rooms, very large compared to other rooms we have stayed in in France. Bed very comfy. Wine fridge in room but no wine opener, available at reception though. Little bit out of the centre of Bordeaux but close to some nice places to eat and drink. Tram nearby to get into centre of city. Would definitely recommend.....hope to be back. Thanks to the reception staff for the advice on parking in the area. Most helpful
    No parking on site, disconcerting when arriving late but got good advice from reception re options once we were in the hotel.

    Great place, shame about the fall.
    Convenient. Clean. Breakfast lovely.
    Nowhere to hang things, particularly towels. Stairways FAR too dark. Ended up falling down them, severely injuring my knee. Im now on crutches and waiting for CT scan to see if Ive broken my tibia.

    Poor nights sleep due to badly insulated windows against traffic noise
    Comfy bed, handy private carpark
    Bad noise insulation, woke up a few times in the early hours with people shouting outside, beeping of a car reversing at 6.00am, general traffic noise. The windows should have been insulated against exterior noise. The shower was cold also for some time. So lack of sleep and bad shower. Security on the front door was surprising as we walked in the hotel after 11pm with no one on reception and we went straight into lift. In most hotels, you have to use your key to access the hotel after a certain time.

    Unusual design
    Interesting design; somewhat minimalist, lots of white. Its out of the city centre, a short walk from the Cite du Vin; a tram from the railway station stops close by. A couple of supermarkets nearby.

    Excellent location. Proximity to public transit to city center was a huge bonus. It was nice having access to the waterfront. Staff was really helpful and nice.
