The Seven Dreams Suites exceeded expectations with pleasant surprises like chocolates and snacks. The accommodation is clean and well-presented, with a convenient location near the metro. The nearby (Read More)department store offers shopping options at cheaper prices. However, the thin walls can make it easy to overhear conversations. The prime location and family-like atmosphere make it a preferred choice for short stays. The hotel also provides access to a kitchen and terrace.

A 2-star airbnb bedroom sold as 4-star suite

This facility is NOT a suite. A single sleeping room + publically shared spaces for kitchen, dinning is NOT a suite. The business owner purposely misled customers to this typical AirBNB in the ground level of an apartment building. The owner knew this is a cheat so there's no mention of "suite" anywhere at facility. This is NOT a 4-star facility either. Please see my photo of the exterior entrance. The interior was new and clean, but space was extremely limited.

It doesnt matter if it came with origami swans, a cutely wrapped candy and a bottle of champagne, a room is not a suite. I was shocked to find this "suite" facility was actually a small bedroom at the ground/or underground level of an apartment building. WIFI signal was very weak and broke often.

I checked out pretty late in the evening at the place where I was staying, as I was not satisfied at all. When looking for another location to stay, Seven Dreams Suites popped up. The host (Amin) immediately helped me checking in even though it was very late in the evening. Amin proved to be an excellent host who wants the experience of the guests to be nothing less than perfect. If you need any help or have other questions he'll almost immediately responds and tries to help out. The rooms are cozy and clean and the location is perfect as well; about 2 minutes away from the closest (interchange!) Metro station, so you'll be anywhere in Lisbon in no-time.

Honestly, everything was perfect and it was as close to being at home as it is humanly possible. Excellent facilities with a lot of extras if my colleague in another room, and I needed them. Amin, the host, was wonderful as well.

Spacious room, nicely decorated. Great location, around the corner of the end station of the red metro line to the airport.

Communication can improve. Never had that much info or so many requests beforehand. Additional entry code I needed was not send as promised. Could not see the messages in the Booking app and was also not able to answer the messages send through mail (that is not the accommodation's fault of course, but when I gave that feedback to the owner Armin he did not really seem interested or thankful for it).
