    The location is certainly immaculate and very scenic. The place is very worth it. The staff, despite being absolutely unprepared, is committed and very kind
    The services are absolutely not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. They don't have the slightest idea how to serve caviar (in a closed box and with a mother-of-pearl spoon). The quality of the food is very poor. And the staff is not qualified at all.... they don't know how to serve a simple breakfast in the room. The extra activities are very dangerous, they take you on a boat (even though you request a private tour) with a lot of wind and rough seas, ideal for vomiting.

The speed of the housekeeping staff, every time we left our room, we came back to a super clean space with exceptional attention to details 3.     This hotel is perfect in every way. The staff is amazing, the food is magical, the rooms are cleaned to exacting detail.
    The cost is heavy, but you do get what you pay for.

    two times I stay in this hotel and two times it was wedding celebration with very loud music breaking my privacy. I would prefer if hotel informed about this event in advance and let me decide on my visit to avoid this mess.

    A magical place!
    Everything! A stunning hotel located on the most spectacular piece of coastline! Amazing attentive staff and a sense of pure tranquility! We upgraded to a suite and the views from our balcony were something else!
    The gym could have much more - but you need only walk 10 minutes to reach the Al Bandar hotel gym which has everything you need.

    Memorable.
    The quality of the room was excellent. The view of the bay from the room was incredible. The small sit out area outside the room made a lot of a difference to the overall room quality. We loved the evening Tea. One should not miss it at all. The seafood restaurant was a highlight.
