very bad experience

location.

I had very stressful experience with the club check in staff . I booked club room with full nile view and the gave me club room with old building under renovation with partly nile view. I ask for room that I booked full nile view first they said all our club rooms like this. and after long argument with them they said wait tomorrow will give you. so I told them why you said all our club room like this.

Food, cleanliness and hotel staff were too good

My stay has been very comfortable and delightful. The hotel staff at the club lounge, house keeping, registration desk, breakfast area & concierge were very hospitable and cooperative in terms of any requirement or modification in itinerary.

Replenishment of daily utility items was not consistent, I had to ask for things whenever anything was required.
