the staff is very welcoming . The room is great with excellent bed . The room was very clean and the entire inside Hotel is comfortable and would like to come back again . It's an amzing eperience i had .

Great location, very helpful staff, lots of old world charm is a clean and updated space.
My bed was too soft for me and the bathtub felt a little flimsy.

Tired, dowdy hotel. Miscellaneous junk and old boxes piled up against the wall behind reception desk. Bathroom in my room functional but basic, amateur paint job, etc.
Staff trying but just too young. Standing around in the restaurant talking to each other.
All for a startlingly high price

The hotel in good location desperately needs refurbishment and better breakfast to stay relevant
Location is probably closest to Harvard
Dated rooms and equipment. Poor breakfast - all the same every morning.
