    I liked the location and the overall feel of the hotel. Amenities were good and staff was courteous
    Maybe lack of a heated swimming pool but that is there only in select hotels rest everything was good

    Grand decor! Polite staff and good food.
    Breakfast though good with a nice spread was totally mismanaged. Didnt get a place to sit so they put us in another room which didnt have cutlery, staff or food. Felt like we were sitting in a make shift canteen and not a 5 star hotel breakfast buffet. The staff was trying to do their best but they were so understaffed that even they were helpless.

    The staff at the restaurant. Because after staying for 2 days and at the time of leaving on 19/12 our family visited the restaurant. We requested for few sweets to be packed and give to us, but that was not given. Also whenever we visited the restaurants we had to every time request for drinking water to be served. Drinking water should be served the moment guests enter the restaurant which is the Indian culture.

    Stinky smell in the rooms (especially bed and carpets) and corridors. Windows ( which are screw locked) need to be opened for at least few days every year to let the smell go out, mattresses and bedding may need change, Rec room is a wreck too

    Some of the rooms, especially 7th floor are bit dusty Swiming pool shower rooms need improvement, doors were not closing properly for both ladies & gents side. Body Wash/ soap was not replenished In room too, after housekeeping Tea/ coffee were not replenished

    The location of the hotel.
    The breakfast spread was very basic and kept in small vessels . Display was not upto mark for the hotel rating. The basic amenities in room toilet were missing like pair of sleeper , moisturizer , liquid soap on wash basin. Button for Room Service on telephone was not working. Sports Channel on TV were not available.
