staying in this hotel was the best! so much to do within the hotel, so many restaurants to try & its right next to

the view from our room was exceptional! absolutely beautiful. there were so many activities for us to do within the hotel such as an aquarium & a bowling alley. the money we paid was definitely worth it & i hope to stay here again when i return to japan.

Good internet.

Its a very very big hotel, so it doesnt feel at all personal. The indoor pool was closed. The bar had a cover charge even for guests.

The location, bars, shops, and the Table 9 Tokyo restaurant were great, but not the room itself.

The best thing about this hotel was the view, the proximity to the train station, and the multiple bars and restaurants in the hotel. I liked that our room had a closet with plenty of hangers and some of the hangers had sturdy clips (strong enough to hold damp jeans to dry, because Japanese driers do not dry jeans even after an hour). There were also several shops in the mall that connected the 4 towers. There were also some bathroom amenities provided that not all hotels give you, like toothbrushes and hairbrushes. The hotel had a complimentary luggage storage service. The bar on the 39th floor had amazing views and a nice drink and wine selection. We were told when we entered there was a 760 Yen charge per person to enter the bar. Okay, we understood most places do that (but you don't tip, so okay). We also made reservations for New Year's Eve dinner at the Table 9 Tokyo restaurant in the hotel, also on the 39th floor. It was a special menu for the night and that meal and service were impeccable! It was a highlight of the trip! The aesthetic, decor, and view for this restaurant were top notch.

The hotel was very busy when we arrived to check in. You were forced to use the electronic kiosk to check in if you were using a charge card. They only wanted to help people in person if you were paying with cash. I did not like that because I had questions, but there was not enough staff to handle the check-in crowd. The line to use the kiosks was long. Evidently the hotel had switched the HVAC system to heat since it was late December and we did not have the ability to cool the room down. It was very stuffy in the room and the thermostat in the room was reading 78 F since the days were warm. I like my hotel rooms cool, and so this was disappointing. The room did have a stand-alone dehumidifier that had a fan option, so we used it and it moved the air around a bit and made it better. Our twin bed rooms (we rented 2) in the main tower (29th floor), had a pretty bland aesthetic for the price. The rooms are in need of a make-over / update. It felt a lot like a dorm room, and it was not just because of the twin beds. The TV was Japanese stations only with no smart option to login to streaming services. The cafe/bakery on the 2nd floor did not have any bakery options available for sale until after 10am. And some items not until after 11am! We went for coffee and (hopefully a pastry) around 9am since the in-room coffee was instant coffee. The cafe/bakery only offered two "light meal" sandwiches at that time. They showed all kinds of cakes and pastries on their menu but for some reason would not serve them until after 10am or after 11am for some items which was disappointing. The sandwiches they offered were not breakfast sandwiches either. It was odd. There was not a 7-11 or a Lawson's anywhere nearby which was unusual. The train station had a restaurant area, and a block past the train station was a McDonalds. But as for convenience snacks or beers to go, there is no store like that nearby.

Quick overnighted, convenient location

It was convenient and close to train station. Easy ride to Haneda. Good walks close by. 11am checkout.

It was a very hot room and we couldnt work out how to make it cooler, so we didnt want to hang there at all.

very decent hotel, great location and great service!! I have always choose this hotel for my stay in Japan. If you want superb location and easy convenient stores just downstairs. approx. 15 min to most of popular shopping and sightsee location.

I like everything in this hotel. Great !!
