Absolutely Amazing Value, and Very Friendly Staff. Room was very comfortable!
I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY at how great the experience was. I originally booked a suite which was a bit bigger than some of the other rooms, but the staff upgraded me to a larger suite which honestly felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The bathroom was HUGE and the room overall was very comfortable. I didn't use the minibar but there were lots of great options for alcohol and drinks/snacks. And the view from the top (101st floor) was absolutely phenomenal.

Location was peaceful, nearby subway. Amazing view of Seoul. Glad to be back and planning to be back again next time.

Amazing hotel. It is clean, bright and spacious. Breakfast buffet is beyond all expectations. I enjoyed the stay and it's definitely good value for money
I just can't get used to impersonal fake niceness of the staff. I feel like a bit more human touch would be nice, but maybe this is cultural difference.

Fabulous stay in Seoul
AMAZING view from the hotel room, the hotel lounge, the restaurant and the swimming pool - basically everywhere in the hotel The room was fabulous, with a huge bathroom. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was a more expensive hotel than what I would usually stay in, but I would still say it was good value for money.

An amazing hotel and experience
Best hotel we have ever stayed at, the whole experience was wonderful.
We arrived at about 12pm and were able to leave our luggage with them and "check in", however our room was not available until 3pm.
We went for a walk to Olympic Park which is worth an explore if you have time.
After arriving back at the hotel we went straight to our room on the 98th floor and the views were spectacular. The only thing I regret is not upgrading to a room over looking the Han River (something for next time!), the city views were still amazing with thr mountains in the background.
We made the most of the complimentary refreshments until 4pm and then evening drinks watching the sunset around 7pm.
The gym facilities were fantastic and of course had amazing views!
Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we'll definitely be back!

It's only minor, but it would have been nice to have some water offered while we were waiting to be checked in, as we had to wait around 15 minutes to called to the desk.
