The description of this property is nothing compared to how wonderful it is. We booked the pool room and it was worth every penny because the pool is absolutely massive and perfect temperature. The villa itself was huge - long living room/dining area, well appointed kitchen, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, outdoor shower, a BBQ area and shaded patio for eating or relaxing all set in beautiful gardens. Its peaceful and private, spotlessly clean and full of things you actually need - like a bbq and coals, comfy loungers and plenty of towels, pool toys, mozzie spray - its like a home from home - only better because its in thailand and has a huge pool. Theres a nice eccentric bar/restaurant a short walk over the road which is on the beach. The beach is pretty but sea was a bit shallow for swimming in July but that the same for almost everywhere on Koh Samui at this time of year. The couple who own it couldnt be more friendly and also act as very reasonable taxi service - which if you arent hiring a car or bike youll need as it is secluded. There are nice places to eat in Lipa-noi - a great little italian for example. We had a great time and felt super spoilt.
