Second time staying here. Breakfast was amazing, room facilities and staff always great as standard. Location is wonderful
Due to the popularity you can wait quite some time for the lift service, pool beds are limited and the coffee is not great

Conveniently situated, nice staff and good breakfast
the view, the location and the bathroom with bathtub viewing over Sukhumvit were amazing. The pool was nice and the breakfast was very good. for me as a vegetarian there were a lot of options and there were signs with what was vegetarian! staff was friendly.
we always had to wait a bit for the elevators. Found 2 bugs who looked like they could possibly be small cockroaches. 1 in the toilet one in the room on the carpet. when I went to talk to reception they said they would let someone spray the room, they couldnt transfer us to another room, since our room was more luxury and they were almost at 100% capacity. I must say that I havent seen any bugs after that. we also had a late flight, asked if we could shower before our (13+hr flight) which we could but only in the toilet at the swimming pool. this was inconvenient. there was no room for clothes / bag in the toilet so had to have my bag outside on the toilet washing counter with people walking in..

Excellent location and property, friendly staff, fast service and the bars at the roof top and 32nd floor are so amazing to drop by after a long day out.
