    Driver to airport was a great guy, helped us out a ton
    The room had an infestation of bed bugs. We woke up in the middle of the night full of itchy bites. Had to be moved to another room. Spent all night putting clothes in waher & dryer so we wouldn't transport them to our vacation spots.

    The staff was outstanding. Prompt, professional and friendly. Price was reasonable. Breakfast was good.
    The beds weren't the most comfortable. My daughter slept fine. I slept ok. But my wife had a hard time sleeping and was sore in the morning from the mattress.

    We enjoyed our stay.
    Location was great. Staff were welcoming overall. Enjoyed the tea each and every day. Breakfast was very filling with options for everyone. We would stay here again.

    No hot water for showers
    Good breakfast, kind employees, good location, comfy bed.
    No hot tub, no hot water for showers. The shower was warm at best, shivering when I got out. Soundproofing isn't very good as we could hear kids running up and down the hall and conversations of people in the hallway and waiting for the elevator. There were greasy handprints on the headboard, which was super gross.

    Was a zig zag direction from Hospital but the place was clean and bed was so so comfortable!
    Had trouble with key but was an easy fix they came up and made sure it worked they were friendly!

    Weve stayed here before when visiting Milwaukee for my husbands Dr appointment. Its close to the medical facility. Its very clean, quiet and we feel safe here.

    All around a good stay!
    The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast, had good options. Staff was very friendly.
    We heard children running and shrieking up and down the hall outside our door. Luckily it was early evening and we weren't sleeping yet.
