Very good

A great experience, they went over and above fixing our reservation after we were delayed.

They had real butter-I've never seen that on a breakfast bar. And they had eco plates and bowls too- hooray!

Staff went out of their way to help get us moved when a dog kept barking beside us. We had to get to bed early and leave

Its was a good place to stay I loved it but they can do better!

The hotel is in the right location near everything you need!

I didnt like the fact that we had cleaners coming into the room and not cleaning it! The second thing was that when I showed up they didnt not honoring my reservation! And the final thing I didnt not like was that one of the cleaning crew eat one of our cupcakes we had left for dinner!

Dirty, bad odor,carpet feels nasty, furniture has water damage, dirty corners that are not being reached during cleaning, stains on bedding fabrics.
