    When I first got there the room heat did not work so the front desk they immediately got me a room oh and their breakfast oh I love the blueberry waffles
    Breakfast just end too early it should be at least till 10:00

    I won't book or stay in another Choice hotel again.
    Clean, Kitchen staff (Veronica was great), Beds were comfortable. Microwave, frig and Keurig w coffee supplied. Nice wardrobe and rest of furniture was in great shape. Breakfast was enough. and clean.
    Broken: AC/Heater, pull on bathroom pocket door to close the door, phone, outlet near sink (No it was not a problem with GFI!). Reception stayed seated when registering in and out. Kind of rude in my opinion. Shower was a surround shower and cheap. the shower door hit the toilet bowl - Very small. Definitely a low-rate hotel. We had to change rooms since there was more wrong (broken down) with the room then right! We would not stay in another Choice Hotel again. After a 2.5 hour ride and having to deal with broken amenities - not good. Traffic around rush hour (5-7) was REDICULOUS!!!!

    the location for my purposes was great. I would stay again.
    the breakfast menu was good. The area for the breakfast area was clean. The young lady that was in charge of the breakfast was very helpful and friendly and made sure the area - tables, counters was clean. The room was nice - I have never been in a hotel that had a sliding door for the bathroom but I understand a door would have taken up space. The shower was WONDERFUL. The bed was comfortable.
    The front desk CSR could have been more inviting with their tone in conversation.

    Not a good Sleep Inn
    Unfortunately nothing much. Sleep Inn has always been a great place for us to stay. This was not the case this time. The hotel apparently was old and outdated. Our shower was dirty around the door and stayed that way. My shower cap got thrown away, soap wasn't left in the room for a shower, the girl that worked at the front desk in the morning Sat- Mon was VERY VERY rude, however the ladies that worked 2nd shift were ALL very nice and kind, leaving the 3rd shift lady being rude as well. The apple juice wasn't apple juice, something was bad wrong and my husband ended up with sour milk on his cereal. We were really shocked.

    In addition to what I said above. The hairdryer didn't work, so I called down to the front desk to ask for an exchange....the rude girl said fine AND HUNG UP ON ME before I could say thank you! She does not need to be working there. This hotel is across the street from a car dealership and down the street from one as well and full of construction workers working on a project across the street. I do NOT recommend this facility.
