    Plastic flimsy cups in the bathroom. Uncomfortable beds (we stayed 16 night, so notice more). Very small rooms for price (Same price gets you 5 star 100 sq m room in Bali overlooking the sea with full breakfast). Parking should be a bigger discount than 25%. Would be great if you had the opportunity of buying a "stay" parking card for City car park, that is used, as this would be more cost saving. If you use car park a few times a day while using room then even 25% saving of parking fees are expensive. Example - if you're in and out 3 times a day for 3-4 hours totals 12 gbp with 25% discount so 12 x 16 days is 192 for parking, or 160 for 3 car park visiting per day at 2-3 hours over 16 days. It's a lot of additional costs on top of and already overpriced hotel.

    It was a quiet time to relax for Christmas and nice touch in the room with a Christmas card and fudge which was lovely, staff always friendly each time I've been here and was welcomed by a young lady at reception called Carla lovely name from another Carla she was very helpfull as other staff as always definitely be back and recommend it to others
