Generally clean and lovely door man
The standard has generally decreased from being excellent to good. Some services are no longer available, the lounges catering is not as large or as nice and the staff are less available. The room service menu is very limited and rooms are not cleaned unless requested.

Fantastic location, excellent facilities, comfortable beds and lovely room.
Central location, wonderful facilities (great bar and lovely large saltwater pool) the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was great.
