    Good Hospitality and value for money. Located on a wide road and good locality. Good enough parking space. Cute entry.

    Super comfortable, kind staff, but not clean!
    If only the room was clean, I would say its a perfect place. Very comfortable room, very kind staff, great location.
    Walking in the room barefoot got my feet literally black. The floor was sticky and dirty. Even after I asked cleaning, the kind staff failed to find a solution to the dirty floor. There was also dust in the closet and over the bed, although I asked for thorough cleaning because Im allergic to dust.

    Good location, clean, spacious rooms, nice staff at the restaurant
    Not customer focused at all. Some staff members need proper training in hospitality managementwe were not allowed to stay in our rooms until noon for the checkout (instead of 11am) in an hotel that was half empty and where check in is at 2pmI did not appreciate the 2 false explanations about the fact that the system does not permit it and that the rooms will be busy at noon The rooms need more individual lamps and better ventilation.

    A gem of a hotel in a gem of a city
    The room was comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Like, honestly in the top 5 hotel breakfast buffets Ive ever had. Vada was crispy, Mysore masala dosa on demand, wonderful sambar, I could go on. Also Mysore is a wonderful city. If you are in the fence just go.
    The location was just okay but for the price great. There was one staff member in the restaurant who became very focused on my boyfriend and this made him a little bit uncomfortable, as he was talking to him and constantly offering things and essentially ignoring me. He grew to be a little shy of going to breakfast or the restaurant because the guy seemed to always be there and was clearly attracted to my boyfriend.

    Fairly good. Can be improved.
    Well located and quite place.
    Breakfast was not organized and was very average. Items were not being refilled. Only one person to manage everything and the dining room was not clean.

    Modern hotel with great comfort
    Modern hotel with great comfort, peaceful and quit location. Room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Big and clean bathroom with a powerful shower.
    Breakfast choice was limited, continental breakfast just included toasted bread. Not all the staff at the restaurant was that friendly. City center is not really close.

    It was good except for some drawbacks
    I liked the ambiance, surroundings, cleanliness and even the location. The reception was good.
    Hot water for bath was unavailable and the response to this was poor and had to be content with cold shower. The restaurant was not open even at 7am in morning and couldnt get the normal tea at that time. These issues require attention.
