We enjoyed our stay here and will consider staying here again!

Breakfast was pretty good. The room was very comfy and had great amenities- full fridge, microwave, coffee pot, etc

The breakfast could have been attended better and more options for creamer could have been offered for the coffee

Having a kitchenette and separate bedroom

Staff were rude, breakfast was bad or empty or closed early, had to go get linens and anything else needed restocked. So tired of hotels not servicing rooms during our stay. We asked for it to be after a couple of days and they basically just dropped off clean towels

I like the rate, location,staff,cleanliness.

I didnt like that there wasnt an oven. The kitchenette would have been perfect if there was a oven.Breakfast need some up grading

We loved the location, clean facilities, and staff. Amenities could use improvement.

The location was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the easy access to parking and address, the proximity to dining and shopping, and outdoor patio areas.

The laundry facilities were horrible-my entire group packed very light and planned to use the laundry facilities, which didnt work out because after paying for 3 dry cycles, our clothes were still dripping wet. There werent any water dispensers or access to a coffee station 24-hours a day. We had to out source both water and coffee, for these, with the exception of breakfast service times.

Water pipe burst during the night. I understand things like that happen, but the staff basically said too bad. They could have at least gone to Dunkin Donut and buy a box of coffee for the lobby.
