Would not recommend nor would I stay her again

The property was not clean and understaffed there was old dirty sheets still left on the bed and pull out sofa. No towels or toilet paper and when I asked the front desk I was told there was a waiting list. I constantly called the front desk from my room only to not get an answer. They waited until I arrived to tell me that no breakfast would be served but they would have grab and go options due to losing their cook a few days prior.

The location was ok. But we didnt like anything else.

When we got there to check in, there was no one at the front desk. Other guests and I waited for at least half an hour - just looking at a sign that read, will return in 5 minutes. I finally left and came back a couple hours later. The property had a mountain of trash bags overflowing out of the trash dump in the parking lot. It was surrounded by dozens of trash bags on the ground. Also in the parking lot were dozens of old mattresses just dumped on the ground. Inside, there were overflowing trash cans in the hallway and lobby. Sticky floors and the smell of marijuana. When we got in our room, we had two tiny pillows on our king-sized bed and no blanket. I had to go ask for some pillows and a blanket. There were only two thin, well-worn towels in the bathroom. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. We stayed 2 nights and didnt get our room cleaned, our bed made or towels replenished at all. When we got back to our room late Friday there was a roaming pit bull rummaging through the trash in the parking lot. When we left in the morning, there were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed and talking on their phones.

Lower your expectations to that of a motel and you won't be let down.

Room was spacious. Soaps and toilet paper was well stocked. Sheets were clean. Most of the staff was very nice.

There is a ridiculous $100 mandayory hold, I understand having a card on file for incidentals, but they wanted cash or to put a hold on your card. This needs to change. The breakfast is sub par. The hours for breakfast are 6am - 9 am which, in my opinion, is too early. They have the set for, but do not have eggs and additional proteins available. This is a change from when this property was the Drury inn. They are constantly out ofnthe items they do carry, ie juices, bananas, breads. There are only 3 pillows in the room, and the frint desk does not carry extras. This is my second stay, and it has not improved. Also note that if you stay for multiple nights, your room key will stop working every morning after 10am, and you will need to have it reactivated. One front desk to me he only does it for 1 night when he's busy. This is unacceptable and inconvenient when they are very busy with people checking out in the morning waiting for their $100 mandatory cash deposit to be returned, and you have to wiat in line with other people needing to reactivate their room key.

I'll start with Saturday. I had to change rooms because a leak in the toilet. The girl at the front desk gave me two keys to two different rooms to go see which one I would want. I felt as though I work there. On Saturday night in the new room I have a problem with the thermostat because he was cold in the room I didn't know how it worked I asked the guy at the front desk he could accommodate me but he said there's nothing he can do that they didn't have any extra room and they had no one to help me to find out what's wrong with the thermostat cuz it was too cold in the room. Friday was our day to check in. We checked in the rooms. Then my grandson forgot the key to the room in the room I had to go down to the front desk and ask them to give me another key while I was asking there was a young lady at the front desk just stand around listen to the conversation with myself in the front desk lady because my grandson left the key to the room. So a friend of mine that had the other room because I booked two rooms came down to the front desk and he was waiting on me. The same lady that was standing there at the front desk listening to my conversation with the lady that works at the front desk about the key to my room was left in the room. So this lady was standing in the air hustle said to my guess oh he was the one that left the key in the room nobody was talking to that lady that was standing there ear hustling I was speaking to the front desk lady. People should not be standing there ear hustling on other people's conversation that's so disrespectful!!! On Saturday the front desk lady that gave me the two different keys to go look at the other two rooms one was a handicap room for a handicapped person. And the other key fits a room that has a bed that back in the days that it rises up in wall to the wall. The carpet was outdated I took the two keys back to the front desk lady I said I didn't pay for this.
