Frustrating.

Great Room, clean and really comfortable.

The staff was rude. They didn't have the extra blankets and sheets for the sofa-bed and the lady at the reception said there was nothing she could do, and after that pretended she was sleeping letting us talking alone. Such a bad atitude. We had a room for 5 people and just enough bedding for 4, with no help from them to solve the problem at all. Other than that they had almost no one working there on the morning so the breakfast was a mess.

Will not use this hotel again due to staff being rude & not providing the essentials for our stay.

Breakfast was bare & when asked for food was told no. Room was out of toilet paper & asked for more & was told we could only have 1 roll for our stay. Asked for a receipt & they told me I couldnt have one until checkout. Asked at checkout & the lady was rude about printing me one. Asked for more towels 3 times & they never came so had to go take some off a maids cart myself.
