    The Sonesta Simply Suites Wichita Airport exceeded expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchenettes, and friendly staff. Guests appreciated the convenience of being near (Read More)Walmart and other amenities. The only drawback mentioned was the size of the beds, which some felt were smaller than expected. However, overall, the hotel provided a good value for the price and offered a pleasant stay for guests.

    My stay was pleasant and I will definitely be staying there whenever I visit Wichita.
    I found what I needed and expected. Room was clean and comfortable plus every one was friendly and helpful.

    No breakfast, but great coffee. Ice maker in room refrigerator. Felt very safe.

    Very trying; I had to help my wife to do everything - from getting in and out of bed to going to the bathroom.
    The floor of this handicapped room was nothing but a tripping hazard. The bed was way to high for a handicapped person to get in and out of.

    Nice staff, great location, sub par digs.
    The location was good. Easy access to where we needed to travel to each day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
    There are no overhangs at any entrance, so we got soaked loading up to leave! :( The property is in disrepair and several things need fixing. And the bugs... some large creepy thing in one room, along with the smell & obvious water damage from leaks, prompted a very quick room change after inspecting the room. Staff changed our room very quickly & politely. There was also a very large spider lurking on the wall in the main floor hallway. Informed staff & they said they'd take care of it.

    The room smelled like cigarettes. There was a very musty ordor in the room. I changed rooms and still ended up with a room that smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom has very poor ventilation.

    Non-refundable pet fee. It was a surprise at check in that I needed to pay $75.00 pet fee. There was no mention of a pet fee while making the reservation. This will cause me to rethink staying at this hotel again
