Overall attitude - our butlers services and behaviour wasnt compearable to all butlers we have met in various hotels around the world before. We didnt get any feeling to be treated especialy Quality vs price - is not good, very overpriced Design of resort, many details and ideas, are the same as Six Senses Maldives - room looked the same, they have the same ice cream shop as well as chocolate factory etc Six Senses Maldives was much better in services. In Soneva lots of staff doesnt speak english and they are not so friendly and attentive to clients, Food quality must be improved - pizza was ridiculous, overprived Thai buffet nothing special Lack of dining possibilities Closed Signature Kids Club The Den and closed restaurants Rooms should be cleaned more - very visibly dirty filter from air condition and dirty outside bathtub 480 m2 but kids dont have separate bedroom and one bed was located in wardrobe opposite to toilet Garden and green areas in all resorts look unkempt everything should be better maintained
