I think the complementary water bottles, and toilet kit should be given for each day of the stay instead of just for each check in

Budget friendly hotel in great location

We stayed in Soukyam hotel for a family trip to Kolkata. We were very happy with the hotel for the following reasons: 1. Great location - very close to Dakshinapan. 15 min walk from South City Mall. 2. Very clean and all facilities provided. 3. Friendly staff. We especially liked a receptionist who was cheerful and efficient. 4. Budget friendly. 5. The complimentary breakfast was tasty

A clean hotel. The location is nice. The personal care package is very good (everything has been considered). The lady at the reception was very helpful. The lady who owns the hotel was very attentive. Thank you.

The room is very small. Breakfast alternatives are quite limited. There is no indoor drinking water in the rooms. When I want water; They said there was a fee. Something unpleasant. I have never seen anything like this in any country or hotel I have visited.
