    Ruined my Holiday travel experience.
    Room was very comfortable with a good bed and TV
    Construction in lobby during Thanksgiving weekend was a disaster. Noisy, dirty and loud. On Thanksgiving morning workers were jack hammering floors during breakfast. Pool and hot tub closed as well. They offered a refund but due to the fact I did not book with Marriot directly it was denied. 4 night stay had no housekeeping!! Only one elevator working. Hotels should be required to tell you ahead of time they are under construction and ammenities are closed

    We got no housekeeping done to our room the entire stay. We asked for housekeeping services to be done to our room and didn't get it. We had to go to the front desk for extra towels since they never came and gave us fresh ones.

    Good short distance to Salem and easy to get around. Within short distances to other restaurants.
    There was a warm/hot breakfast available daily. Staff was friendly.
    This was a sanctuary hotel. Which I wasn't expecting. The indoor pool was not in working order. They mentioned there was limited housekeeping, which was fine, but they never made any attempt to clean our room in the 4 nights that we stayed there. They could've at least shown up 1 day to clean and we had to refresh our own towels and empty our own garbage. Then they tried to overcharge me at time of check out, but that was quickly resolved, since I showed proof of my original quote and booking from a 3rd party.

    This location needs a lot of work. This is not our first time staying there, and I hate to say that we were disappointed
    The location is convenient to get in and out of the city and to surrounding areas. The furniture inside the actual rooms is updated and clean. Most of the staff was kind.
    Upon arriving, we immediately found out the pool was out of service. The lobby furniture was extremely dated and worn. There were defects in the ceiling in the lobby. The breakfast was minimal and not a lot of selection, and the area wasnt well-kept. The business center printer was not working. Upon arriving in our room although the room was clean, I had stated we were having our two children with us on the reservation and they were only two towels for four guests. We called and they did bring us up towels. However, when they cleaned our room, they again only left us two towels despite us having hung our towels up to reuse them. When our door was closed to our room, there was still a very large amount of light being let in through the crack in the door, which made us feel a little uneasy. It is very unfortunate because this used to be a really great place to stay. I hope that the managers will take note and update the property as the furniture has been the same since literally seven years ago when we stayed there. I have hope because the rooms have seem to be updated. Hopefully the lobby in common areas will follow.

    The staff was super nice and friendly.
    It could be cleaner. Stained ottomans, outdated bathrooms, kitchen area needs updating.

    We had an overall pleasant stay at Spring Hill Suites in Peabody; an easy drive to Salem, MA.
    The staff was very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. It was a nice, quiet place as well.
    A little pricey, but we went the first week of October.

    The staff was very friendly and kind. If we needed anything, they were very prompt in their response.
    The breakfast was very disappointing. Our room wasn't cleaned when it was supposed to be cleaned. We kept running out of toilet paper.

    The room was large and clean. Shower had some mold tho. Booked here because it offered indoor pool. Pool out of service. Carpets throughout spotted and stained. Elevators dirty. For the price, was not worth the stay.
