The SpringHill Suites Louisville Downtown offers a enjoyable stay with spacious rooms for families. The room was clean and well-maintained, although the separated toilette and shower with glass doors (Read More) could allow light to disturb sleep. The TV was small due to the layout of the bathroom. The lobby staff, particularly Dakota, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, but the location around the hotel at night was considered unsafe.

Everything! It was a very pleasant stay, the room was HUGE & extremely comfortable for my children & I. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean. Just everything was really nice.

Great location, clean and safe. Good value. Needs some updating and maintenance.
Great location, very walkable to everything downtown including restaurants and other attractions. Clean and in good condition.
Breakfast was often out of food and was not as good as other Spring Hill suites I have stayed at. A few times we called the front desk and no one answered. The biggest frustration was that I had called ahead of time to use the breakfast area for our group to have a take out dinner and was told that was no problem and to check in with the front counter when I got there. When I went to check with the front desk when I arrived they told me it would be a $150 fee and I couldnt use the space. Our same group but larger had done this same thing 2 weeks previously in Idaho without issue.
