    Nice stay but hot buffet breakfast could be improved
    Most of breakfast was good quality although hot precooked food was only average

    Disappointed, has gone downhill since changing from a Marriott
    Food and restaurant service was good.
    No bottled water in the room. Couldve been cleaner. Linen and service trolleys stacked in place in public hotel spaces as routine, rather than in back of house

    Extremely nice place, very relaxing. Quite place far away from everywhere but close enough if you need to go to town for anything.

    Over priced. Because of a wedding no evening meals. No room service Reported a smashed glass in bathroom requested . No one came so was still on the floor when we checked out.

    Food and staff were good and helpful. The swimming pool and Sauna were good.Decorated beautifully for Christmas
    We did not get any sleep as the people next door were noisy and constantly coming and going and arguing and talking loudly all night. So we got no sleep and got an early breakfast and went straight home to sleep as we were niw too tired to explore Norwich which was the main reason to visit.No compensation offered.

    Would not look to stay at the hotel again
    Nice surroundings, set in a golf course, restaurant was good and quality of food was acceptable.
    Room was a bit shabby, had to spend time removing extensive amount of ladybirds that had entered the room, bed was not very comfortable. Hotel managed to give our room to another couple who entered our room whilst we were in it (we did receive a bottle of red wine as a way to say sorry) EV charging was hit and miss, not all charging points working.

    Great break and good location to explore North Norfolk.
    Room location was great and breakfast was very good. Disappointed that the evening meal menu was limited.
    Noise from next room due to connecting door not being very sound proof. Also adults shouting and children screaming in the room above was quite distressing.
