Great place to relax with a nice ocean view private infinty pool
Friendly staff. Great view from the pool villa. Clean facilities. Great options of restaurants and taste of food. Almost everything was complimentary in the fridge and kitchen except for 2 champagne bottles. Amazing sound system with a great playlist.
There were some ants in the room. A bit of rain leakage in the corner area of the bathroom. The ceiling fan made noise.

I thought the breakfast was quite good, we had it sent to the room most days which I preferred to eating at the restaurant. I really liked the views from the room and the infinity pool that was around our Villa. The other pools were nice too. Also the spa was amazing, not only were the settings beautiful but the service we received was great, very relaxing it was our favourite part of the stay. The views around the resort were incredible & the rooftop bar was great for watching the sunset with a cocktail. The staff are very caring and helpful the customer service was on point. If it was wasnt fully booked we would have extended our stay as we enjoyed our time at Sri Panwa very much.

The restaurant food is the only thing that lets the hotel down. Breakfast was OK but the afternoon and evening food was pretty terrible, well the Thai food was alright but steaks and other things were no good so we went out for food which was much nicer. When we checked in the photos werent the same as the room we were put in but after explaining this the staff changed our room and the new room ( this was a booking.com issue the hotel changed it but cost extra 70 per night but was happy as the new room was beautiful). Also I noticed they didnt change the bedding the whole time we stayed they just remade the bed with the same sheets as there was the same stain in the same place on sheets the whole trip.. and the decking broke near the pool, everything else was on point. They just need to improve the food & cleaning

Baba Nest - booked 5 weeks in advance and when we arrived our booking had been cancelled or the staff had thought we had already arrived and positioned us in the back corner of the nest. Service was rushed with photos taking and it felt the staff were inexperienced or under pressure to deal in a calming manner.

Beautiful place for a couple
I stayed in the pent house private pool villa. It was amazing. The sunset from the pool was one of the most peaceful sights you'll ever experience.
Lizards..there are lizards everywhere.. including the pool. For a person who is scared of lizards, I had a tough time. The place is expensive.
So they can do something about the lizards. It was quite irritating.
Lighting in the bathroom/shower can be improved. It's too dull.
