    Would reconsider other options before booking again.
    Location close to the airport and that's about it.
    No staff available in restaurant and coffee shop in the lobby , waited for 20 minutes for staff to appear , as no one was available in the evening we had to go back to the room to order food from our room. Did not stay for breakfast so can't comment on that as it was a short few hours of stay. food was of acceptable taste. There is no value for money either especially when you look at the service.

    Clean and location
    They given us R number 410, we went to 4th floor and realized no rooms in 4th floor, none of them guided where it located. We got to know the location Finally after enquirer in front desk but it is named Villa 10. It creat us lot of confusion. No clear guidance from front desk.

    The Location.
    Co-ordination amongst the staff in reception is Chaotic. One person does not know what the other does.

    Waste of money. Because of SRM good brand, i booked the hotel, but zero expectations. failed reality
    The GM said the next customer will have a better than me. the stay was horrible.
    more then 10 time power cut per day, room was infested with bedbugs. the management was informed however the reply was unfavorable. the room was unhygenic, the pillow cases smelt bad. the bedsheets and other unwashed reeking items were stacked up beside the staircase.
