Very good

Location was perfect with the St. Charles streetcar stop right out front. Very charming hotel, dog friendly but clean. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant. The free breakfast was continental with many options. Beds were comfy.

Amazing staff

We arrived to town earlier than expect to stopped to see if we could check in early. They got a room ready and had us checked in with in a half hour!!

They said they could book tours and arrange pick up but they only had like two tours they could actually book for us. The breakfast options weren't that great.

Pre-Cruise Hotel

The hotel was so charming. First impression was the lady at the front desk! Southern hospitality at its finest! Everyone was so accommodating. We got there before check in and they had a room ready within minutes The rooms were spacious and comfortable and VERY clean. We had no problem getting a good night's sleep because there was no bothersome noises coming from the hallways or outside. Our beds & pillows were very comfortable. Hot coffee was available at all times (thank you for the Keurig in the room). We enjoyed our continental breakfast on the patio outside, allowing us to soak in the beauty before we started our day. Being able to enjoy a nice dinner at Superior Grill (delicious) after exploring NOLA was a plus. We will definitely add St Charles Superior Inn as our go to hotel when visiting NOLA. It was just so easy! We have traveled all over and the ambiance can't be beat. We have stayed at other NOLA hotels and we can't emphasize the value and exceptional service we received at St. Charles Inn. If you want a laid back, NOLA experience, just go ahead and book the room!

This is out go to Hotel in NOLA

The Hotel is perfect for us, parking availability and street car across the street for us to get anywhere we want to go. The staff is attentive and friendly. The restaurant next door is nice if you dont want to leave the area for a bite.

We were assigned room 219, the mini refrigerator did not work and at this time there is construction taking place that was very noisy in the room. Looked like the patrons from the connecting restaurant were coming into the Hotels for the restroom facilities due to construction.
