    The service at the St Raphael Resort was praised by guests, with Niki at reception receiving particular praise. However, the hotel itself is in need of renovation, as it is quite old and the rooms ar (Read More)e relatively small for a 5-star hotel. Despite this, the all-inclusive package was highly recommended, with good food and drinks served in proper-sized glasses. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and well-kept. Some restaurants were not available, but the private beach and gardens were lovely. Activities and spa treatments were available, albeit at a high price. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a location outside of Limassol with great weather in October.

    Overall a good hotel, with very large rooms equipped with all comforts. Well-kept gardens, directly on the sea. The hotel is suitable for families but not for people or couples who love relaxation and use the SPA.
    The SPA is ridiculous, and too small for a hotel with over 200 rooms. Tiny swimming pool with only 10 deckchairs available, a small sauna, and a Turkish bath. Also, they should ban children from entering, impossible to relax. The breakfast room was too noisy, it felt like being at the train station.

    Good stay but with some negatives
    We could always find a parking as they provide lots and the location directly by the beach is great.We really liked the outdoors of the Hotel with a beautiful garden and playground.
    - We had twice a cockroach in our room. When we told the receptionist, she was shocked and really sorry. Biggest minus of our stay! - Breakfast could be better for a 5* Hotel - The Kids club could offer newer toys

    It was wonderful holiday and will definitely come back!
    Entertainment team! All the staff were super friendly. Vegan food was excellent and healthy. The all inclusive package is very well organized.
