Has been over 2 weeks, no return of deposite and my bank wants a receipt from hotel showing $0 balance so they can release my deposite. Have tried calling hotel all week, staff hears about deposite and just plays the transfer game.
If you are visiting and not ready for deposite, just know you won't get your deposite back for atleast 3 weeks. They say 7 -14 days, will take much longer. Other than that great location, great accommodation, great breakfast.

Location is excellent to the inner harbor and my kids places.
Breakfast could have more variety, maybe add ham and cheese for a breakfast sandwich, bacon some days, etc.

Great facilities, shame about one member of staff! Avoid!
Amazing facilities and breakfast good.
One very very rude male member of staff on checkout meant we had gone from saying we would stay there again to never returning. Shouting at me in front of other guests, intimidating, very unprofessional and unsympathetic to the issue where the hotel had taken a deposit they had no knowledge of. The issue required the manager to step in and has been resolved by my bank.

Great Location, Big rooms!
We stay here a lot. Its our favorite hotel in Baltimore, Great prices, spacious room and within walking distance of alot Baltimore has to offer.
We get breakfast every morning and are always impressed with the assortment, The biscuits and gravy are some of our personal favorite. And the coffee station is open all day long which has saved us many a time after a long day out and about.
Honestly we have been impressed every time we go , nothing to complain about.

Great location and nice hotel. A short walk to Inner harbor.
Rooms were clean and very spacious.
Continental breakfast was decent.
Dining area was a little small with limited seating.
Common areas and hallways had slightly outdated decor.

The stay overall was very nice
I didn't like the valet service. I was charged for 3 nights and I only stayed 2. I had to wait when I was ready to leave to get it straightened out. Employees should be made aware of all procedures before dealing improperly with guests
