    We stay every NYE - its clean, location is great, and staff are always friendly and helpful
    The pet fee of $78 for 2 nights. I think $25 would be a fair charge if any at all.

    Staff called me to cancel my stay because the website said a room was available when actually there were no rooms available. Will not use booking com again. Not rating the hotel because I didn't get to stay there.

    Funny enough, I got turned around a few times in the hallways. Seems maybe the color scheme got me off track?

    The smell or lack of ventilation in elevators and 3rd floor lobby, it was horrible. It was like that two years ago but we assumed it had been fixed, but it wasnt.

    Road noise from the busy road next to the hotel, not enough parking.
