I probably wouldn't return. The Staybridge in Marquette is so much better.

The breakfast was just OK The yogert was almost gone and the assistant didn't speak much english.

When we checked in, I asked for a lower rate, which was given. When I checked outk there was no receipt and the hotel person wasn't able to give me a receipt or tell me what the rate was. Said she would e mail me the receipt butI never got it

Wasnt a terrible stay, but definitely was not worth the price for this hotel.

It was nice area, very convenient for food and shopping and close to Grand Rapids downtown. The room we got was nice, clean and comfortable-ish

Not a lot to hate besides the construction stuff in the parking lot that time. But immediately we walked into our bedroom and it REAKED of cigarettes. The carpet in the kitchen area wad really ripped up. Not a whole lot you could do about the kids jumping off the beds and running around about us. And the tv remote go figure wasnt working.

Probably a one night stand!

The staff were personable and polite. The room was basically clean and outfitted well. It was located in a nice area.

Check in took too long. The breakfast was not what I am used to as far as quality. The queen bed was a little hard and the A/C system being in a closet next to the bed was kinda loud. I kinda had the impression that there was some pot smoking going on in and around the property.
