Disappointing Discrepancy in Description and Reality

Had an average stay at the property. The food was good, and the staff was hospitable and warm, which added some positive aspects to the experience. However, there were no standout features to make it exceptional. Overall, a decent option for a comfortable stay.

Our stay was disappointing as the property did not live up to its description. Despite booking a one-bedroom cottage with a private entrance, we were provided a room inside a two-bedroom cottage, sharing common spaces like the kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. The constant noise and lack of privacy in our allocated room were far from what we expected. Considering the amount paid, the room fell below average standards. A revision of the property description is crucial to align expectations with the actual reality.
