worst experience !! please avoid

nothing to be liked about. it was my last booking on booking.com. it was a shameful experience for my family. Even though booking.com was showing a confirmed booking when we reached the venue, they denied it. imagine 15 people with children. What would have been our condition?

worst part was: they were re-innovating their place so seems like it was not ready so it was totally a chaos

Great place to spend with a group!

Loved the place, size of rooms, size of the living room, facilities like JBL speaker and big TV, upholstery were great standard, cutlery was classy, food was awesome, service was very good

Swimming pool water could be cleaner. Chairs in the lawn were broken

Good

Property location and open area is very good however rooms need some maintainance. Food quality needs to be improved.

Property is surrounded by lush green trees and has vast open area which is very well maintained.

Food was average. Basic toiletries like dental kit, shampoo, toilet roll was missing and wasnt available at property. Rooms were not properly cleaned. Lobby area on first floor is unusable because of No AC or FAN.
