Rude caretaker

The house was well furnished and looked exactly like in pics

The caretaker were very rude..they were trying to get money from us for using dustbin ..they dont knock the door before entering they just come inside ..and they din wash the towels properly it smelled bad..also they were telling us that we made stain in bed sheets.
