Property requires a lot of upkeep and maintenance and is certainly not worth the money

The villa is well designed and spacious. The staff at the property is very polite and sweet and will go out of their way to help you!

The villa in its current condition is quite run down and requires a lot of maintenance. Theres quite a lot of dirt and dust accumulated and lot of wear and tear over time. Few things that particularly annoyed us were: 1. The villa is inside a housing society complex and the roads inside the complex are being redone. As such we werent allowed to take our car inside the society gate, and its a long walk from the gate till the villa, on uneven/half concrete roads. Although one member of the staff came to help us and take one of our suitcases till the villa. 2. The flush in one of the bathrooms wasnt working. The ceiling shower wasnt working in two bathrooms and in all bathrooms the hand shower barely had any water pressure. 3. The bed sheets were extremely old and were originally white in colour but have over time faded to a faint yellow 4. The kitchen was not in the best condition and all cupboards had wear and tear. 5. The TV in the living room is extremely tiny for the huge size of the living room. 6. Fans in most of the bedrooms worked at only one speed (ie the highest)
