    I do not trust you anymore. You faulty overcharged me for 1 day and have not yet refunded the money. This is cheating and a hotel like sterling should abstain from cheating its customers. Firstly I was supposed to get refund in 15 working days from reporting and now after a moth I am being told that they have started the process of refunding. Now i have to pay the bank for this fault overcharging. This is a cheat of a hotel.

    Should not get influenced by Sterling brand name. Given the price they charge, stay here only when no other option avail
    1. Stand-alone property with no facilities, other than boarding and lodging. 2. Property looked old and rugged. Rooms were just OK, with no specific facilities worth remembering and mentioning. 3. Given the quality of the property, highly expensive. Maybe it was due to rush season, still the prices were not justified by any means. 4. Restaurant food options limited with just average quality. 5. Buffet breakfast sucked.
    There is nothing to like about the property.

    Well trained, helpful staff. Good breakfast options. Good indoor games which everyone can enjoy.
    Rooms were small & old fashioned. Although I opted for non smoking room, my neighbour room cigar smoke was good enough for me to change my initial allotted room. Bit overpriced for the rooms.
