The staff was amazing and location was superb.
The executive chef (Rajkumar) team and he himself was so accommodating and took care of the each and every guest , even though the restaurant was full. special thanks to Sajith, Pradeep and Rahul,
Ramshidh, Abanesh from the F&B team . The food was so amazing and delectable.Thanks for taking care of all our food requirements choices.
The IT person was very professional, in the night I faced the issue with WIFI connectivity, so I informed the reception about it and they send the IT person named Arvind , he helped me to sort out my issue and highly professional.
On the whole the whole team was amazing, because they have an amazing leader Mr. Shaiju, we faced lil issue during our stay but he and his team assisted us so well and they called the police as well so that my family should not face any inconvenience during our stay keeping our safety in mind outside the hotel.
Thanks to Nabeel from HR team, Shine from HK team, Arun, Gayathri,Rejin, and Anu . Very special thanks to Bala form HK team for taking care of my family as his own. I would like to mention this as well that HK manger and HR manager- Shine and Nabeel came and assisted us with the issue that we faced during our stay which is nothing related to the hotel but they were their whole time assisting us along with Arun, this shows that how the staff of the property is taking care of you , so that your stay goes beyond your expectations.
