    Good Location, Good Host, Spacious rooms. Concern only about electricity availability in morning.
    The host Ajit was good and supportive. He arranged for our food at night and helped us with our luggage too. We were constantly connected to ensure our arrival was smooth. Great communication from the team.
    There was no power in the morning after 6:00 AM hence you have to take a bath before 6:00 AM. This affects you the most when you go with a family. We could have been well informed about the same.

    Lovely Stay in Home
    Villa was well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious. Care Taker Ajith Kumar really courteous in attending the requirements in time. We had homely food for dinner during our stay. Our stay was good and we will be visiting again.
    We couldn't get room heaters for rent. Basic amenities like water cam be provided without charge.

    Old and non maintained property. Not preferred.
    care taker was helpful
    Furniture and beds are very old & broken. Bathrooms are pathetic and toilet windows are not closable. kettle not working and no drinking water dispensers. No tv in rooms. Small 28inch tv in hall with unknown channels. No wifi. We checked out early morning and main issue faced is no hot water. Out of three rooms only in one room hot water was working. They are using cheap gas heaters and it never worked during our stay.

    Location was outside the busy area. We stayed away from peak season congestion and traffic.
    Approach road is very bad. For small cars difficult. We stayed in ground floor. Geyser in 1 bathroom not working properly. Felt uneasy with smell in bathrooms. Even the overall house should be maintained well. Could have maintained well for the tariff they charge.
