Disappointing

Creaking floorboards from upstairs room and appalling wifi

Surendra at breakfast was a kind and helpful waiter, a really positive member of staff. The bed was super comfy, I slept so well. The garden setting and surrounding area is beautiful, a real haven away from the hustle and bustle.

WiFi is possibly the worst I've ever had at a hotel. In the end, I gave up and went to a nearby restaurant to use theirs. I didn't like Suraj's attitude at the front desk. He constantly interrupted me when I spoke and didn't listen to the point I was making. Regarding the tax not being displayed (despite saying TOTAL PRICE), Suraj's response was "That's Booking.com's problem, not ours". When we got to my room, there were dirty plates on the floor outside from the precious guest. I asked Suraj to take them away, he bent down to pick them up, but when I closed the door, he left them. 2 hours later, still there. As the supervisor, he should've moved them, even if it's not his role, as he explained to me the day after. Unbelievable. The creaking floorboards from the bungalow above were appalling. The hotel knows about this but continues to rent the rooms out. Their receptionist said that people often complain.... fix it, then! I have recordings, wish I could upload so you can be pre-warned! The young lady at reception should learn personal space. She was so close to me, staring at me with a manic grin that I had to ask her to please move back a bit.

Wooden cottages are not that comfortable enough in this resort for various reasons. - Too much disturbance when other room door is open or closed. - Bed was shorter and not comfortable - shower area cleanliness etc

It was superb stay clean property outstanding view same as pictures also food was great the staff specially Ramchandra Parab was superb host. We were for 2 days everyday room was cleaned. I love the service. I had lovely experience. Also car facility was opposite side it is 10 mins walking to ashwem beach

Disappointing. More bothered with the garden upkeep than they were with customer service.

Disappointing end to our trip to Goa. Staff werent particularly helpful. Location was dubious. Struggled to get to the beach on our first evening as we needed a ticket but had no idea how to get one. Our room was pretty noisy all night and when we asked if we could move, we were told no. Definitely not recommended given price and location.

Pool ,the food was good.The cook Surender is really good .

Misleading information by the hotel saying beach is 350m away,it's a lie cause the nearest beach is 1.3km away.Nothing much nearby, you have to take a taxi to move.Pool schedule is 8 am to 7 pm.Their machine refused payment by international card,so had to find an ATM.Electricity cut off a few times during my stay. Hotel doing renovation or whatever, just down of my room,so noisy. Even at 8pm, you can feel work vibration or noise in your room
