Good

Enjoyed stay but hotel a bit tired and breakfast mediocre not much choice

The pool was lovely and the showers at the pool. Jacuzzi and steam and sauna. The rooms were nice and warm staff friendly

Had to change rooms as first room on 2 nd floor had mildew around window and peeling plaster a round the window Carpets need renewing or cleaning as grubby Salad bowl on breakfast bar has been used at least 2 days in a row as fruit had darkened .

Very good

A great place to stay

The staff were exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The interior decor was good, our room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had paid for an upgrade, but had to move out of this room because the toilet broke on our first night. The hotel staff quickly moved us to another room which was lovely, but not as large as our previous room

Twin rooms too small

Twin room was smaller than expected and the beds were pushed together to form a double. We booked a twin so had to wait until evening meal when the staff rearranged the beds into two singles. It was like being in bed with my friend anyway as the beds were less than 6 inches apart! Not worth even saying its a twin room as you could actually lay on the gap. I wont book here again if I need more space between twin beds as they said all their twin rooms were the same.

Modern rooms with all facilities. Very stylish inside. The stone frontage was very attractive.

It was not too large and had a very homely feel. Well appointed with good decor.

Horrible, dirty, black mould all over

Nothing, the whole place was dirty and dark, as soon as you walked into the room you could smell dust and mould. They was black mould around the window sill and it just looked nothing like the pictures.

The mould, the dust, it looked dirty and you felt dirty just being in the room. The hallways were dark and smelled dusty. I had a 12 week old baby in a pram and we couldnt fit in the lift. The staff didnt apologise for the fact there was black mould in our room!
