Avoid at all costs. The property is run by a GM that's arrogant and will not care about your comfort

Absolutely nothing to write about sadly.

The staff were absolutely horrible to deal with for the following 1 Asked for breakfast before a safari they forgot and then gave us 4 packs for 7 people 2 anything you order from room service will not be delivered 3 you ask for towels from house keeping, it won't be given 4 upon arrival we requested at the reception for room service and was promised due to the long drive. However on ordering and waiting for 45 mins, we were informed that we would not be given room service and were asked to go to a restaurant at the other end of the property for food trays that were empty. We booked 3 rooms and got only 2 because the third room was smelling of urine. No refund was offered for both nights. And when asked why I was charged for 2 nights, the GM was extremely rude am before finally agreeing to reduce the price.

Worst experience with food n water .

The property is beautiful .

The management is too bad , there was no water supply couldnt take bath properly had to call them several times and no water bottles were given in the room even the room service was bad asked for a glass of milk it took them 2hrs to give . The geyser wasnt working so no hot water & the staff didnt bother to look even after calling them several times . I wish we got refund as the experience was worst and would like to give minus ratings if possible . Even the other guest had the same complaint against the management .

The service is very pathetic and every customer over there are complaining about the service. ACs arent working and there is no backup for electricity. Furthermore they joined two twin beds and giving it as king size beds. There is no intercom to contact customer care.

Happy with my stay

The front office manager Mr. Subrat Gogoi went above and beyond to make my stay a wonderful experience. He made sure all my requirements were met. I highly recommend Mr. Gogoi

The pool was unusable because the water had become very murky. But i beleive the weather was too hot and humid and probably that led to the pool's condition. But there's room for improvement in this regard.

Go to place for stay in Kaziranga

The location was the best thing about this property. Its located right on the main highway. The staff and hospitality was excellent. The food at their restaurant was comforting and amazing. The pool had the perfect temperature to dive right in.

Everything was fine nothing to dislike.
