This hotel has no garage of its own. Therefore the boarders have face trouble to unload and load luggage

Internet was down for the whole night. There was no any mean to connect with my family back in Nepal, as I was visiting darjeeling and I didnt have sim/ network option.

Simply perfect, and beautiful experience

Location was excellent. Close access to the Mall Road and the in-house Mall stay is a brilliant combination! The room was super clean and bathroom was very tidy maintained with all essentials. The staff was very helpful and responsive to any needs and asks anytime! Highly recommend this hotel for a family stay looking for the perfect location in Darjeeling!

Nothing much to say here, except the rooms could be equipped with a ceiling fan, as sometimes the room gets a bit stuffy even in cold weather
