    Happy and enjoyed the stay
    Its Beautiful, clean and quiet, staffs were very kind and helpful. Front desk staffs Ms Namrata and Sweta been very kind and helpful.
    There's nothing we did disliked anout the property as we were looking for quiet and clean place out of city so we got it. We are happy

    Nice property and staff
    The Hotel was good, rooms were slightly above average. The best part was the staff and service at the restaurant was really awesome.
    Rooms not maintained well, especially the bathrooms.

    Hospitality is nice Staff behaviour specially GM summit norling and restaurant staff are appreciable. The food is tasty and delicious. Thanks for everything. Looking forward to stay again.

    It was a pleasant stay. Scope of improvement is always there.
    location and food is great
    House keeping and Room services are laid back. at times no body is there to pick the phone.

    The rooms were large and very clean. Food was also good.
    I had paid almost double for a room which I booked a month in advance whereas the rooms cost much less if I would have done spot booking.

    Balcony view not too good as compaired to the price. Restaurants manager Manoj Tamang was the only worst part of summit Norlings service.

    The photo in booking.com is different from Real time. old wooden doors. I was given a room in ground floor. the room was smaller than shown in photo.
