The views from the apartment were excellent being the top floor and facing the main beach.

I expected that the room would be in better condition for the asking price.
Great location right across from the beach and up the road from SeaWorld
Property maintenance was average. Multiple issues with the room on arrival, multiple loss door handles, furniture in average condition (some having to be removed for safety). All walls had scuff marks and corners of plaster chipped off. Loss tiles around the pool. Taps loose in the main bathroom.
Floors were clean however walls and doors where stained with grim through out the property.

Fabulous family holiday!
Sunbird Beach Resort was fantastic! The amenities were clean, very well maintained, well priced and the service provided by Miriam and the team was wonderful! Location was perfect - we would go back in a heartbeat!

Overall, I dont recommend this hotel as there are way more options that would be better value for money and cleaner.
There was a lot not to like about this property starting with the hassle of checking in after hours, very unprofessional and time consuming.
The photos you see at the time of booking is most certainly not the room youll get. Our room was on the 10th floor, view of the beach was partially blocked off by other buildings in front. Our room had dirty carpet and couches, stains everywhere and bathrooms looked outdated as well as furniture. Absolutely nothing like the photos of the room I booked.
Its relatively far from the centre of surfers so not the best location.

Property has beautiful views over Main Beach and sits a block away from beach and restaurants.
