Excellent location. Everything else poor

The location was excellent. The view from the room was also excellent. Loved it.

The property needs professional maintenance.The cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. Really wondering how the hotel can handover a room with cockroaches in the bathroom and tiny ones in the room. Checked out within 3 hours of check-in out of extreme disappointment. The hotel did not bother to know the reason for early checkout...I guess they guessed the reason. Expecting a refund, if possible.

If the staff and management becomes more cooperative then this could be a best hotel to stay.

Location was perfect for a peaceful stay. You can enjoy the morning sunrise and breezy wind right from your window.

The management is not cooperative, you have to request them multiple times to oven up your left over food ordered from same hotel. Management was kinda rude.

The location is Peaceful. We had one of the best hill-facing rooms with an excellent view of the Mumbai Pune Expressway, Khandala Lake, Morning sunrise.

AC was not working. But the weather was pleasant with excellent wind flow from the large windows.
