    Undoubted one of the best hotels in Hollywood
    This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip, the initial arrive of a strong concierge and excellent check in team. The room was large and beautiful with original features. Excellent touches with replenished water and lots of snacks. Bed was incredible comfortable. The location was perfect to explore Hollywood. The sunset bar is amazing.
    Very difficult to say anything wrong however the pool area is much smaller than the photos show however we didnt need the pool.

    I MENTONED THAT I NEED INVOICE UPON MY BOOKING BUT THE PROPERY SAYS ITS BOOKING RESPONSABILITY THEY DO NOT GIVE INVOICE AT CHECK OUT AND WHEN I ASKED BOOKING IT SAYS THE PROPERTY WILL PROVIDE!!!! THIS HAPPENS THIRD TIME NOW AND I HAVE TO FOLLOW UP EACH TIME FOR THIS INVOICE THAT THE PAYMENT I MADE IN ADVANCE !!! I WILL AVOID TO USE BOOKING JUST FOR THIS REASON

    they charged me $546.00 for someone elses tab at the resturant to my cc. had i not seen the charge on my card i wouldnt have noticed they charged me for someone elses stuff.

    The rooms were tiny, the value of the room wasnt worth the size and quality. Water pressure was quite weak, we had to upgrade to a suite because the other rooms were too small to even walk around the bed.
