    All staff persons and services are very good. Good thing is that they allow Swiggy and Zomato food. , person in dining area serves the food very well

    Horrible experience which I wouldnt even wish on my enemies!

    It was filthy. I generally dont rate hotels but the filthiness of the place, lack of maintenance and utter unprofessionalism of the hotel staff makes me give this review to warn other unwary travellers, visitors before choosing this place. Please dont go by the pictures. It is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in my life. There should have been a negative stars column where I could rate this property. And to add salt to the wounds, we had to carry our own luggage from the room to the lobby and then beyond. Even after requesting them for help with me having 4 suitcases and 2 hand baggages, they just ignored me. Who does that to your customer?? Be careful before you book this property. I am not asking for anything fancy or complementary breakfasts, or wifi or bathroom toiletries (they provided a soap though) or anything. But atleast clean the room before checking in your guests instead of directly checking in other guests after the previous guests has left - and change the bedsheets, towels, garbage bags from the dustbins - Atleast the commode should not be leaking water everytime you flush, dirt water shouldnt be coming out of your basin, the bucket & mug should be clean - thats it! I mean thats just basic stuff. Isnt it?? Or am I asking for too much??
