    Wasnt given a room as overbooked. Had to be relocated to another hotel which was substandard.

    very disappointed .
    near to railway station.
    the hotel is very congested. the rooms are small the room shown in picture is not shown initially and when we raised our concerns then only this room was allotted. it is highly unprofessional approach. The room was full of mosquitoes and we requested number of times to provide the mosquitoes repellent. The toilet was worst. very small and the floor slope was towards the room and the room was full of water after using bathroom.
